Pro-Ject 2Xperience SB-Classic looks from a modern design

The new 2Xperience SB deck from Pro-ject offers elegant classic looks with all the features and benefits of a modern deck. Available in a choice of 3 beautiful high gloss finishes (the Olivewood is shown below) as well as a real wood Walnut veneer, the 2XP SB has all the convenience of a ‘plug and play’ deck and comes fitted with a high quality Ortofon 2M Silver moving magnet cartridge. Speed change is available between 33rpm and 45 rpm at the simple press of a button.

The speed control mechanism is powered by a new DC power supply in order to achieve a clean noise-free electrical signal to the motor. The 2Xperience SB sees the inclusion of a 9CC Evolution carbon fibre tonearm that adds to the already audiophile grade package and allows further cartridge upgrades at a later date.

The deck comes supplied with a clear perspex dust cover but to be honest, with a turntable this good looking we prefer to leave it off!!
