World famous for their horn-loaded treble units, the R-50PM carries on the tradition with their latest version of the Tractrix horn tweeter surround. The new 90-degree Tractrix horn surround is larger than before, giving a wider spread of sound but with the same clarity and intensity as ever.

Toe-tapping bass response
The latest TCP (Thermoformed Crystalline Polymer) woofers use trickle-down technology from Klipsch’s Reference Premiere range and, as a result, deliver a smoother response and improved accuracy. Although smoother, they’re just as rhythmic-sounding as ever and give the R-50PM speakers the involving, toe-tapping sound you expect from the brand.

Boost the bass with an optional subwoofer
If you want even deeper sound, the sub out lets you wire up your own choice of active subwoofer. The universal RCA phono output means you’re not restricted in your choice of subs – choose from all makes and models.

Music streaming via Bluetooth
With Bluetooth technology you can stream music from your smartphone, tablet or Bluetooth-equipped laptop. Stream your music library or use a music streaming service such as Spotify or Deezer and enjoy a massive range of music – wire free.

Plug in your turntable
Making sure your vinyl doesn’t lose out, the R-51PM is fitted with a built-in phono pre-amp. This means that, at the flick of a switch, the AUX input is suitable for connecting any turntable (with MM cartridge).

For the best sound from your PC, Mac or laptop, use the USB Audio input. This digital connection is ideal for hearing your stored or streaming music services at their very best – including Hi-Res music files.

Connect up your TV, too
Alongside the switchable phono AUX input, the R-51PM also features 3.5mm analogue and optical digital inputs. The optical input is ideal for connecting your TV or set-top box. The 3.5mm jack suits portable devices.
