Rega Research is one of Rayleigh Hi-Fi’s longest-standing suppliers, with their initial reputation built on the ground-breaking Planet, Planar 2 and Planar 3 turntables. The Rega Planar 3 was the turntable that Rega truly built their reputation and their company on. In its current RP3 incarnation, it has scooped 5 What Hi Fi? Awards and numerous other accolades, so replacing it was never going to be an easy task. It has taken over 2 years to develop the new Planar 3 and this is the biggest re-design yet of this iconic piece of Hi Fi.  Virtually every component has been redesigned to extract an even greater level of information from the vinyl format.
