Home Cinema with Premium Sound – Braintree

The customer was moving home and wanted to keep his music quality to a premium but also wished to have a full 5.1 multi-channel system for Movie watching in the same room, plus high quality music in 2 other rooms and a garden music zone.

The customer listened to many options in store and chose the Naim electronics for the music room, based around the HDX server, with 2 x UnitiQutes for the Garden area and Dining room. Within the Kitchen dining area we connected the HDX directly with an original Rega and Totem audio system, purchased from ourselves some years ago, with excellent results. For the Main room the customer chose the Arcam AVR 750 and speakers from Artcoustic finished with a choice of artwork, to give the sound quality required without dominating the room with lots of box-style speakers.

We had to chase out a number of walls, and make good after, to get the cables into the correct places. We also expanded and upgraded the network and Wi-fi around the property to give smooth, fast access to the internet and for control of the system over Wi-fi. The first-fix was completed within 3 days and, once the home was decorated, we completed the final fix of the systems in a further 2 days. The customer is delighted with the end result. They only sell top quality equipment and as you would expect take the time to make sure that you are well-looked after in the buying process with sound advice based on your needs and all the demo time you want.
